There is a 7000sq ft luxury clubhouse with many leisure facilities including a gym and fitness room, table tennis, pool tables and a video arcade. There is also a 50-seat movie theatre and a sundry store. The team working in the store are all local and can give great advice on directions, great places to eat and great places to visit.
Outside, the activities just keep getting better; the centre piece is the large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub and kiddies pool, and then there are tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and basketball courts. There is a special play area for our younger visitors and an area where you can even have your own family BBQ. All sports equipment is available free for guests to hire from the sundry store. There is a manned gated entrance with 24hr cover for your piece of mind.

Dunes golf course is directly opposite the Windsor Palms resort.
