Please e-mail first to check that the period required is available(Janet@MagicalDreams.co.uk). You will be sent a booking form, or you can use the one from this website. (Press here for booking form). Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and deposit. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by all persons occupying the property.
Booking procedure, payment terms and deposit
  • Guests should contact us to check availability and price
  • Provisional bookings will be held for seven days
  • A booking will only be considered firm when the reservation deposit of £120 / $180 has been received and we have confirmed the booking
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before the date you arrive at the apartment
  • Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
Accommodation
  • The rental charge is for up to six guests. The property may only be occupied by two people per bedroom
  • For the comfort and safety of our guests our apartment is non smoking and no pets are allowed
  • All prices include Florida taxes, electricity, water, air conditioning, cable TV services local telephone calls and the use of linen and towels
  • It may be necessary for staff or agents of Global Marketing Inc (our Management Co) to enter the premises to perform routine maintenance or repairs
  • The apartment will be available to guests after 3.00pm Florida time on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed
  • The apartment must be vacated by 10.00am Florida time on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed
  • The price includes a full clean and inspection prior to arrival and a full clean and inspection after departure
  • Rentals of less than seven days will incur a cleaning charge of £5O/ $70
  • Our apartment is on the third floor and may be unsuitable for guests with disabilities
Loss and Damage
  • Guests are responsible for loss, damage or breakages to the property or its contents during there stay. Therefore a security deposit will be required.
Security Deposit
  • A credit card number must be given for all reservations to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will need to be given to our Management Company – Global upon arrival and will only be used to charge for loss or damage to our apartment in excess of normal wear and tear during the period of rental. Guests will be notified by our Management Company within 30 days of any charges made to the card.
  • Our apartment should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable condition it may be necessary to charge the security deposit for any costs incurred to cover for extra cleaning or damage to the apartment furnishings or conten
Cancellation
  • You may cancel the booking at any time subject to cancellation charges
  • Cancellation must be in writing, we reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment has not been received on agreed dates.
  • Any cancellation 8 weeks or more — loss of full reservation deposit
  • 4 to 8 weeks prior to arrival — 50% of total rental charge
  • Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival — 100% of total rental charge
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, we will refund all monies paid as soon as reasonably practical.
Liability
  • The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or injury resulting in the use of our apartment or the facilities of the development.
  • Parents must, at all times, supervise children when using the pool facilities and the facilities of the development
  • The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the apartment; the Management Company will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner
  • The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage or alteration, delay or changes arising from circumstances outside our control, such as war or threat of war, fire or adverse weather conditions, government actions, closure, congestion at airports, cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines, theft from the apartment premises.
  • The swimming pool, club house and associated amenities are a free facility for which you are not charged. Occasionally, the facilities may not be available for maintenance purposes and the temperature of the pool is to some degree dependant on the local weather. In this respect,
    please understand that the management of these facilities is undertaken by a management company appointed by the community and is not under our control. Where we are advised of scheduled maintenance work in advance of your booking, we undertake to pass this information to you prior to
    your booking. However, where we are advised of maintenance work after you have booked, we will of course pass this information on to you but will not refund any portion of the rental fee for the apartment and this will not be an acceptable reason for cancelling the booking without incurring the associated cancellation.
Insurance
  • We strongly recommend that you take out travel and medical holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, which may necessitate the cancellation of your booking.
Accuracy of Information
  • We have taken every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information pertaining to our Florida apartment. However facilities and services may not be available due to repair, replacement, maintenance works, adverse weather etc. Wherever possible we will notify renters of such issues prior to their arrival.
  • We reserve the right to alter the internal layout of the apartment and it should be noted that some furnishings may differ from that advertised.
